Herbal Vitality Package - $350
Includes individualized herbal consultation with custom herbal protocol and six weeks of audio messaging support through Voxer.
During your consultation we review your complete health history in detail, with an emphasis on periods of life that create depletion and imbalances (e.g. pregnancies, postpartum experiences and significant traumas). We also discuss current health concerns and your physical and emotional health goals in detail.
Following your session I take time to “marinate” on what was discussed in order to develop the best solutions for you and your specific constitution. Then I design a custom, detailed plan to support you in achieving your desired outcomes.
As you work your plan (and for six weeks following our initial session) you will have access to me via Voxer voice messaging to ask any questions that arise and / or seek support.
